RENEW YOUR CERTIFICATION

Renewal is required every two years to maintain the certification credentials, marketing materials, and association promotion.

You will need to attend a one-day course at Baldwin REALTORS before submitting the Renewal Application.

2026 Renewal Class Dates:

Wednesday, February 4, from 9a-4p (REGISTER HERE)

Wednesday, August 26, from 9a-4p (REGISTER HERE)

Important Notes about Renewal:

1. Transaction numbers have increased (18 in your specific area)

2. Renewal courses are offered twice a year: one in late January/early February and the second in mid-to-late August.

3. You will register and sit for the class, THEN apply for renewal (opposite of the application process)
